Assessment & Academic Progress
How we measure learning, and how parents stay informed.
Assessment at Bright-Bridge
Assessment exists to improve learning, not simply to rank learners. Its purpose is to identify what a child has understood, what they have not, and what should happen next.
Continuous Assessment
Learning is checked as it happens through classwork, homework, projects and class tests — not only at the end of term.
Terminal Examinations
Formal examinations at the end of each term measure how well the term's work has been understood.
Report Cards
Each learner receives a report showing subject performance, effort, conduct and teacher comments.
Parent Feedback
Reports are followed by parent meetings and academic consultations so progress is discussed, not just recorded.
Targeted Support
Where an assessment shows a gap, the learner is directed into remedial, revision or individual support.
For Parents
A Parent Portal giving access to results, report cards and attendance is planned for the next phase of this platform.
